The decision in General Metals of Tacoma, Inc. v. Bean Environmental, LLC was upheld by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in November, 2008.. I was named to Super Lawyers from 2006 – 2008 by Washington Law & Politics magazine, and in 2003 was named one of Seattle’s Top Lawyers in construction law by Seattle Magazine.
