Moreover, he chaired or served on committees that drafted Maryland's Limited Partnership and Limited Liability Company statutes. He also founded and chairs the Business Law Section of the Bar Association of Frederick County. He has served on the Maryland State Bar Association's Business Law Section Council. His placements in these leadership positions reflect the depth of his experience and knowledge and the respect and esteem of other lawyers.. He has been quoted in numerous national publications, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Businessweek. He has also appeared on CNN and testified before the U.S. Congress as an authority on corporate matters. He is known by his peers for his extensive knowledge and experience in corporate finance, Maryland real estate investment trusts and all aspects of business law.. Mr. Goldstein has also taught securities regulation in an adjunct capacity for the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. I graduated from the University of Virginia in 1980 with a degree in English. I then went to Chicago to attend Northwestern University Law School and the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. While in law school, I was on the Editorial Board of the Journal of International Law and Business. I graduated from business school with a degree in finance.
