Warren R. Paboojian was born and raised in Fresno, California. He earned his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fresno, in 1980. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from San Joaquin College of Law and was admitted to practice law in 1987. While at San Joaquin College of Law, he was the editor of the law school newspaper, The Dicta. I try to give back to the area's rich agricultural heritage by attending Ag One Foundation events to raise scholarship money for California State University Fresno's School of Agricultural Sciences and Technology. Through these efforts I gain insight into the ag community's perspective, which is the back bone of our local economy.

I served in the United States Navy, Honorably Discharged in 1992.  My military service included operations in the Gulf of Oman, throughout Asia, Central America and other locations.  Thereafter obtaining an Associates Degree in Liberal Studies, Bachelors Degree in Pre-Law including emphasis in higher Mathematics and Physics (previously accepted into the Cal-Poly SLO Aeronautical Engineering Department, though not pursued), I obtained my Law Degree (Juris Doctorate) in 1997 (and invited to join the San Joaquin Agricultural Law Review).  Since then I have practiced Law throughout California, concentrating in the San Joaquin Valley with an emphasis in Personal Injury Litigation & Trial.  Further, I am an Instrument Rated Pilot with over 1,000 hours flying time having served as a Pilot (and Pilot Award recipient) for the Tulare County Sheriff's Department Volunteer Search & Rescue Squadron having flown multiple missions over the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range.  Finally, and most importantly, I am the very proud father of two intelligent and beautiful young ladies whom I love to pieces.. Professionally, I am a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with the National Board of Trial Advocacy (Accredited by the American Bar Association); a Ranked Associate with the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) Designated "Master Advocate" (Faculty Qualified) and "Advocate"; I have served as the President of the Central California Trial Lawyer's Association (CCTLA); receiving two Presidential Awards from the CCTLA for "outstanding advocacy protecting the rights of consumers in civil litigation"; and am an AV rated Martindale-Hubbel Peer-Reviewed Civil Litigation Lawyer.  During my tenure as President of CCTLA, I also attended the Board of Governors of Consumer Attorneys of California.  And a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum which limits it's membership to "Trial Lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional skill, experience and excellence in Advocacy by achieving a Trial Verdict, award or settlement in the amount of One Million Dollars or more.". Daniel R. Baradat was born in Tulare, California on June 21, 1950. He earned a bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College in 1972 and a Juris Doctorate from University of San Francisco in 1975.. Mr. Baradat was admitted to the California and U.S. District Court, Eastern and Northern Districts of California Bars in 1976. He was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Oklahoma Bar in 1984.. Mr. Baradat has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Fresno County Superior Court. He is a member of the Fresno, Kings and Tulare County Bar Associations, where he has served as a Director. He is also a member of the State Bar of California, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, the American College of Trial Lawyers, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the International Society of Barristers, where he is currently the President. Mr. Baradat is a Diplomate in the American Board of Trial Advocates, where he formerly served as the Central Valley Chapter President.. Mr. Baradat was named one of the top 100 lawyers of Northern California in every year since 2006 by Northern California Super Lawyers. He has also been honored with Lifetime Achievement Membership among America’s Top 100 Attorneys. He practices in the areas of personal injury law, legal and medical malpractice.
