David Ibarra graduated from California State University of Fresno in 2006, with a degree in political science and a minor in philosophy. He was a member of Chicanos in Law and Phi Alpha Delta pre-law fraternity. As a winner of the Maddy Institute Scholarship/Internship, Mr. Ibarra interned for the office of U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer.In 2007, David began his graduate studies at San Joaquin College of Law.
