Rex Christensen is an Arizona native, born and raised in the Phoenix area. He graduated from Arizona State University in 1994 (B.A., summa cum laude), and later earned his law degree from ASU's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law (J.D., 1998). After law school, he worked for a firm in the East Valley where he gained his first experience working on employment law matters. Mr. Christensen established his firm in 1999 and from its inception has developed a reputation for excellent service to clients and first-class representation.

I realized the importance of estate planning when my dad died when I was 19. Through the years I have seen the benefits of great planning, and the nightmare of poor planning. I am passionate about being an advocate —and a voice — for my clients and their families during a time of crisis.. I grew up in a small town and I have always loved being part of a community. My mother always told me to "Give a Good Day" and I enjoy doing that here in the southeast valley. I serve as Becky President of the Small Business Alliance, am on the Mercy Gilbert Hospital Patient Advisory Council, and I am the WealthCounsel Arizona Forum Facilitator where I am responsible for the mentoring and continuing education of 150+ estate planning attorneys in Arizona. My law firm also supports veterans through Operation Welcome Home, AZ Wall Project, and the Honor Flight program. We also sponsor the 2015-2016 Higley Center for the Performing Arts season and display works of our from the Gilbert Visual Art League in our office.. I have been married to my better half, Rick, for more than 20 years and have lived in California, Ohio, and Arizona and have called Gilbert "home" since 2004. I love riding bikes with my 6-year old son, William. I also enjoy traveling (especially to any beach or federal park), rooting for Cleveland sports teams that sadly never win, and I am a bit obsessed with action movies (which makes the office appropriately located in suite #007!)

Heath was born in southern Arizona. He lived on various ranches and farms in small towns in Arizona where he learned the importance of challenging work, perseverance, and pride in workmanship. At the beginning of his teenage years, he and his family moved to the Phoenix Metro Area. Upon graduation from high school, he served a religious mission in Santiago, Chile for two (2) years wherein he learned Spanish and a love for the South American people.. After successfully completing his religious mission, Heath attended Mesa Community College and graduated with his Associates of Arts degree. He attended the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and earn a degree in Accountancy. During his undergraduate studies he worked as an Assistant Controller with Sears Financial Services where he maintained, managed, and analyzed financial statements, payroll, budgets, tax compliance issues, and special projects. He graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in Accountancy. Upon graduation, he began working for Accenture with American Express. His skills include software testing, troubleshooting issues, developing innovative solutions to drive growth, conducting training sessions for the client, reporting to the client, and resolving client issues. He attended the Sandra Day O'Connor College and graduated from with a Juris Doctorate Degree. During law school, he worked on various cases and financial issues for attorneys in real estate, business law, business valuations, contract review, probate litigation, estate planning, tax law, and family law.. Heath has twenty-one (21) years of litigation experience. He practices law in the areas of litigation, real estate law, business law, contracts, probate law, and family law. He has experience in personal injury, criminal law, tax law, administrative law, and licensing. Heath has been a licensed real estate broker in Arizona for seventeen (17) years..
