Mr. Jensen attended Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee Wisconsin from 1998-2001.  While in law school, Kevin participated in the Marquette University Law School Moot Court program, where he served as Chief Justice during his third year.  He also represented the school in a number of Moot Court competitions, including the 2000-2001 National Moot Court competition where he was a regional quarterfinalist.  Mr. Jensen also placed second in the Marquette University Law School Moot Court competition where he was given the award for the best legal brief.  In addition to school activities, Mr. Jensen also interned for Federal  District Judge Lynn Adelman in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.  He also interned for a year with the Milwaukee County Prosecutor's Office.. After graduating from law school, Mr. Jensen moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and joined the law firm of Alverson, Taylor, Mortenson, Nelson and Sanders where he focused primarily on insurance defense litigation.  In 2003, Mr. Jensen moved to Arizona and worked for the law firm Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard and Smith.  Mr. Jensen's practice consisted of complex insurance litigation, including insurance coverage, medical malpractice and liability litigation.  In 2006, Mr. Jensen started his own law practice and has focused on helping individuals in the area(s) of  personal injury, family law and bankruptcy.  Mr. Jensen has extensive trial and arbitration experience and is committed for fighting for his client's rights.

Carlos Brown is managing attorney and owner  of Carlos Brown Law, PLLC. He is a graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law. Prior to graduating law school Mr. Brown attended Arizona State University where he received a degree in Supply Chain Management with a Certificate in International Business. He is fluent in both Spanish and German. Carlos has spent an extensive amount of time living abroad in countries such as Germany, Korea and Spain. Brian A. Foutz is a fourth generation Arizonan with strong family ties to the Phoenix area.   He attended school locally at Encanto, Clarendon and Central High School and later Brigham Young University.  In law school, Brian served as Administrative Editor of Law Review.  He was formerly employed by the Institute for Justice, the Law Office of John V. Riggs, and Horan Law Offices.  He also is the former Director of Student Affairs at Phoenix School of Law and a trained mediator.. Brian enjoys involvement in youth sports and has coached numerous teams in the Provo and Clarendon Little Leagues and the Recreational Association of Madison Meadows-Simis (RAMMS).  He is a former scoutmaster of BSA Troop 38, and is an Eagle Scout.  He is a huge sports fan of all our local teams—Cardinals, Diamondbacks, Suns, Coyotes and Sun Devils.  He is an avid reader, loves sailing, and is proficient in Mandarin Chinese.

Bonnie attended Arizona State University (ASU) and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in social work in 1999. While completing her Master’s degree, also at ASU, Bonnie worked in child welfare settings and in mental health. She earned her Master’s degree in social work in 2001. She also earned a certificate of specialization in child welfare which involved comprehensive classes involving social conditions such as substance abuse, domestic violence, sexual abuse and mental health. Bonnie began working in social work in Arizona and that continued until she graduated from Law School at n 2012.. Bonnie was admitted to the State of Bar of Arizona in April 2013. She has been practicing since that time in Juvenile law at the Attorney General’s Office with some crossover experience with probate, criminal, mental health, and family law. She also has unique experience in crossover juvenile delinquency and dependency cases, including the STRENGTH court which focuses on victims of sex trafficking. Bonnie has successfully litigated hundreds of contested hearings and trials. She has been involved in the most complicated and high-profile cases, including those that involve selecting, examining and cross-examining or impeachment of experts. Bonnie litigated two cases that have become Arizona Supreme Court precedent. Bonnie has also been responsible for training and mentoring other attorneys for several years.. Bonnie has been very highly regarded and respected in child welfare after having worked in it for over 20 years.
