While in law school, Kevin participated in the Marquette University Law School Moot Court program, where he served as Chief Justice during his third year. He also represented the school in a number of Moot Court competitions, including the 2000-2001 National Moot Court competition where he was a regional quarterfinalist. Mr. Jensen also placed second in the Marquette University Law School Moot Court competition where he was given the award for the best legal brief.
