Attorney Henrik Sardarbegian graduated from Southwestern Law School’s accelerated SCALE program in 2010, one of only two prestigious programs in the entire nation.  During his two years at Southwestern Law School, Mr. Sardarbegian was the President of Teen Court, a program designed to help steer troubled youth away from a life of crime by inviting their participation in legal programs designed as an alternative to the juvenile court systems in Los Angeles County.  Mr. Sardarbegian also volunteered as a Los Angeles County Assistant Teen Probation Officer which allowed him to work with many complex cases involving troubled youth.  Mr. Sardarbegian also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing from California State University, Pomona.. During his years at California State University, Pomona, Mr. Sardarbegian was involved a Board Member of  the Multi-Cultural Council, President of the Armenian Students’ Association along with various other organization throughout the school. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Sardarbegian established his own legal practice and quickly began gaining recognition for being an aggressive, respectful, and caring litigator who obtains favorable results for his clients.  Mr. Sardarbegian has represented clients against a prominent Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, various nationwide insurance companies, and assisted clients with a variety of other legal issues and needs.. Erik Zograbian, Esq., the firm’s managing partner, is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, (B.A., with honors, 2003) and Loyola Law School (J.D., cum laude and order of the coif 2006). Mr. Zograbian began his legal career working for an insurance defense firm representing insurance companies. However, Erik soon realized that his work was merely padding the pockets of the insurance companies, and not ensuring that injured people were fairly compensated. Thus, Erik left the insurance defense firm and joined a small plaintiff’s firm handling a wide variety of cases representing consumers, including personal injury, employment and insurance bad faith. It was working for this small plaintiff’s firm where Erik discovered his passion and learned what he wanted to do with the rest of his legal career, which was to represent injured people against insurance companies with the personal and passionate attention that each case deserves. Upon, founding the firm, one of the first initiatives he put in place is care calls, which meant that every client was going to get a call at least every 30 days if not sooner to check up on them, to see how the injuries, treatment or life itself was going.
