Stephen C. Baker has been practicing law more than thirty years.  He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of cases, including matters involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death, molestation claims, and construction defect disputes. He has appeared in courtrooms throughout California, before the Third District Court of Appeals and in Federal Court.  Separate from litigation, he also assists businesses and individuals draft transactional documents.   When not practicing law, Steve is either busy with his family, swimming or reading. He is an avid swimmer and belongs to a local Masters group with whom he swims about 40,000 yards a month.
