My parents moved to the United States from Spain in 1961. I was born in New York City and grew up in Greenwich Village and Woodside, Queens. After attending Regis High School, I graduated from Columbia College with a B.A. in Economics. In 1987, I received my J.D. cum laude, from the Fordham University School of Law, where I served as Articles Editor on the Fordham Law Review.. I'm a husband to a smart, beautiful, and loving wife, and a father to three amazing children, my greatest contribution to the world. When I'm not practicing law, I am a Boy Scout leader, teach religion to 7th graders at my church, spend time with my family and friends, read history books, and like to cook. I also am a native Spanish speaker and speak French.
