In 2006, I retired from the California State Fire Marshal's Office as an Assistant Deputy Director and had served a total of 30 years in difference aspects of the fire services.  In 2006 I began my full-time law practice.. I have also assisted other attorneys throughout the United States and the Island of Guam on their cases where they concern fire codes and builiding codes.. I graduated from San Joaquin Delta College with an AA in Fire Technology, the California State Universtiy, Stanislaus with a BA in Political Science, and Laurence Drivon School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree.  I am also a graduate of the California POST Basic Academy (Police Academy).  I am a veteran of the United States Air Force, having served from 1975-1979..
