Jereme Baker is the owner and Managing Member of Baker Law Group. Mr. Baker has also provided advisement regarding governance, management and operation of privately held investment ventures, advisement regarding regulatory/compliance review, formation and drafting of corporate governance documents and board books, drafting of business formation and partnership agreements, drafting of commercial loan agreements, and negotiating, resolving, and litigating contractual disputes. In addition, he has advised regarding various real estate matters, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, drafting residential and commercial leases, and conducting real estate title and due diligence review. In the areas of probate and estate planning, he has experience litigating contested wills/trusts and probate contests, and advising clients regarding probate administration..
