When I am not in the courtroom, I enjoy meeting with clients and creating a successful case strategy.  Outside of work, I belong to several civic and religious organizations which help foster my connection to the community. I particularly enjoy my time serving on the Human Rights Committee of New England Villages.. It has been my privilege to represent injured workers and the disabled for over 20 years.

Jeffrey M. Lally is the owner of the Hub Law Group, a law firm in Hanover, Massachusetts which focuses on helping clients with all their estate planning needs. He is a graduate of Bridgewater State University and Massachusetts School of Law.  Jeff started his own firm directly after being sworn into the bar.  Jeff built his practice with a hands on approach to clients and customization.   Jeff’s primary areas of practice are estate planning, estate and trust administration, and business planning. He is, also, an active member of Rotary International and his local rotary scholarship fund.   Jeff speaks at many local community events to educate people on estate matters that are of importance to the public.

I have been practicing law since January 1985, when I began with a small civil litigation and transactions firm in the Boston suburbs. For a number of years I worked throughout the Northeast for a major corporation on the defense side in the nationwide asbestos litigation. I have also worked for a client nationwide on health care subrogation claims. Since 1994, I have had my own civil practice law firm in the Boston area. I am admitted to practice in MA, NY, WV, the US Supreme Court, the US Court of Appeals for the 1st, 2nd, 4th and Federal Circuits and US District Courts for the District of Massachusetts, Northern District of New York, Western District of New York and Southern District of West Virginia. I have served in elected and appointed positions in my town's local government since 1990. I am a graduate of Boston University and Albany Law School.

I have 25 years experience in bankruptcy and civil litigation practice representing clients in complex disputes in bankruptcy, real estate, evictions, probate matters, estate litigation, banking and personal bankruptcy litigation.. My practice began in Quincy, Massachusetts as a Partner of Lipman & White from June 1992 to December 2005. Thereafter, I became the Managing Attorney for the Bankruptcy Division at the Law Office of Stanton & Davis until 2011.  In 2011 the partnership of Lipman & White returned and our pracitice continues in Hanover, Massachusetts.. In 1991 I graduate from Suffolk University Law School. I obtained my Bachelors of Arts in Communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1985.. I was admitted to the Massachusetts State Courts practice in 1991 and U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, First Circuit in 1992.

I am a Certified Public Accountant and also am licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I started Stillman & Associates in 2005 and love coming to work each day and helping people with their cases.
