I am a general practice attorney practicing mainly in the York and Adams County areas. I earned a Bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University in 2015 and law degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2018. I joined the legal team of Mooney Law in the latter part of 2017 as a law clerk while I completed my final year of law school. During law school, I worked for two summers as an intern in the York County (PA) District Attorney’s Office. I passed the July 2018 bar exam on the first attempt and am licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. I have begun work in all facets of our firm’s general practice. In my spare time, I also enjoy traveling, playing golf, pick-up basketball, and spending time with friends and family.

Mike received his B.A. from Washington College in 1998 where he was a Captain of the varsity baseball team and earned his law degree from the Rutgers University School of Law in 2001. Prior to entering private practice, Mike spent a year as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul T. Koenig, Jr. and the Honorable Charles A. Delehey in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Following his clerkship, Mike spent a number of years as a senior attorney at a prominent Defense Litigation Law Firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania before moving his practice of law to Maryland in 2011. Prior to founding TBH&E, Mike was senior counsel for a national insurance company specializing in the entertainment and hospitality industries..
