Robert graduated from Brigham Young University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (International Law and Diplomacy). In 2004, Robert graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska with his Doctor of Jurisprudence.. In addition to providing creative solutions to complex estate and trust administration issues, Robert also regularly speaks and writes on topics of post mortem planning, estate administration, and elder law issues.. Robert is currently a member of the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Counsel, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Clark County Bar Association, and a committee member of the State Bar Probate and Trust Section, Legislative Committee. He also serves as a board member and officer of Las Gaviotas Public Charity.. Jason is the newest Associate at Grant Morris Dodds.  He is a life-long resident of Las Vegas, where he met and married his wife and welcomed each of his children.  He graduated in 2011 from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi in May of 2014 before taking, and passing, the July 2014 Nevada Bar..
