The work of being a family lawyer and mediator is challenging and rewarding. The challenge is in working with people who are experiencing great emotional strain, financial anxiety, and uncertainty.  My goal is to use the skills gained through training and experience, along with a natural respect for people, to help clients achieve financial, family and emotional stability. I focus on helping people through some unexpected life challenges.   I have been a litigator and advocate my entire law career and believe that everyone is entittled to due process whether it be in the court room or in their education.. A large portion of my practice has always been juvenile defense - which encompasses many collateral issues relating to school discipline and educational advocacy.  I work with clients in all arenas with learning disabilities, substance abuse issues, mental health issues and high stress and high conflict lives..
