Andrew grew up in upstate New York where he attended Syracuse University. He received two bachelors degrees; one in Economic Crime Investigation and the other in Psychology.. After graduating, Andrew clerked for the Oneida County District Attorney and as a Certified Fraud Investigator for Oneida County.. Andrew attended St. Thomas University School of Law in sunny south Florida. During law school Andrew was a member of the Moot Court Team arguing mock appellate cases.  Throughout law school, Andrew clerked at Dell and Schaefer, P.A.  working, on numerous personal injury and products liability cases.Over the last few years Andrew worked as an associate attorney with an insurance defense firm where he represented the largest automobile insurance company in the state of Florida. He worked closely with insurance adjusters while managing and litigating a large case load. Andrew then shifted to the other side of insurance contract law when he took a position at a large Plaintiff's Personal Injury Protection firm. There he represented and successfully litigated cases for hundreds of plaintiffs.Andrew has an abundance of knowledge and experience with respect to insurance companies and how they operate. Alexander Palamara received his B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida and his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in New York.. After completing law school in 2006, Mr. Palamara spent 3+ years developing his trial skills as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County Florida, where he handled thousands of criminal cases and participated in more than 50  trials.. After graduating from the Marshall-Wythe School of law at the College of William & Mary, I clerked for the Honorable Pamela B. Minzner in New Mexico. I then entered private practice in Florida in 1992 and have litigated primarily in state courts, including appeals.  I have been a certified mediator since 1997 and am now certified in circuit civil, appellate, family and county court mediation.   I am the Vice President of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, and edited their newsletter, The Caucus.. I am also a qualified arbitrator for state court matters.  I am a FINRA arbitrator and chair-qualified and have arbitrated hundreds of cases, mainly as chairperson.  I am also a Special Magistrate for the Broward County Value Adjustment Board.  I also serve as an arbitrator for the American Health Law Association.. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, Melinda received her Juris Doctorate with honors, at the top of her the course of her law school studies, Melinda worked to represent low-income clients in family law matters as a certified legal intern with the Florida Supreme Court. Growing up the daughter in an Italian family with a real estate business of their own in Montreal, Melinda had a first-hand look into what being an entrepreneur really meant.
