After completing basic combat training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, and advanced individual training in psychological operations at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Mr. Arguello went to the University of Iowa. Although he had to work through college, Mr. Arguello was fortunate enough to receive enough merit scholarships and need-based scholarships and grants to pay for his out of state tuition..
