Mr. Broemer has served in the past as the Management Chair of the ABA-EBC's Sub-Committees on Employee Benefits Claims, Ethics, and regional continuing legal education programs on ERISA.  Mr. Broemer is an editor and contributing author of the ABA's comprehensive text "Employee Benefits Law" and a speaker at various ABA and private seminars on Employee Benefits and ERISA litigation.
