Kelly has extensive experience in Family Law and in Criminal Law. She has tried many cases involving complex child custody, division of assets, military benefits, and spousal maintenance issues. She has also practiced in Juvenile Court, helping families facing CHIPS or delinquency cases. Kelly graduated from William Mitchell College of Law. At William Mitchell, Kelly was selected as a member of the Trial Competition Team, earning recognition as a talented trial advocate at the school. She also pursued her interest in family law by becoming the Vice President of the schools’ Child Advocacy Coalition.During law school, Kelly was a law clerk for the Dakota County Attorney’s Office where she received her first criminal and juvenile law experience. Working for the County Attorney’s office provided her with a valuable perspective that she now uses in her defense work. Kelly later took a position at a private firm. There, she worked primarily in the areas of family law, juvenile law, and criminal defense. She drafted and argued numerous child support and custody modification motions, dissolution petitions, paternity complaints, and stipulations. She also represented parties both requesting and opposing Orders for Protection and Harassment Restraining Orders. She also volunteers at area Self-Help Clinics and trains students in Trial Advocacy at the high school and college levels. She is an active member in local Bar Associations, MN Women's Lawyers, and in her community Rotary.

I graduated from the University of Minnesota - Duluth with a BA in Environmental Studies in 2003 and received my Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law in 2007. I am also licensed to practice before the United States District Court, District of Minnesota. After receiving my law license, I worked as an associate attorney for Sieloff and Associates, P.A. and Cordell and Cordell. I worked for Kelsey Law Office as a senior litigating attorney from August 2013 to January 2024 when I opened my own firm with three other attorneys.. I grew up in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. My family and I have lived in the Isanti County area since 2006. Outside of work I enjoy reading, riding horses, playing volleyball and spending time with my family.

Brian M. Glodosky graduated from the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse with a BS in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice in 2003.  Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in 2006.  Brian is licensed to practice law in both the Minnesota and Wisconsin State Courts and the United States District Court, District of Minnesota.  While in law school, Brian worked for the Anoka County Public Defender’s Office and Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services.. Brian began his legal career as a prosecutor in Winona, Minnesota.  He is a past treasurer of the Winona County Bar Association and a former member of the Winona County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council.  Brian spent a number of years working as an associate attorney with Dudley and Smith, P.A., and as a Senior Associate at Kelsey Law Office, where he focused on Family Law and Criminal Defense matters. Brian founded Lillie, Glodosky, Long & Anderson in 2024 and continues to focus on Family Law and Criminal Law matters in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
