Andy grew up in South Philadelphia, where he attended Bishop Neumann High School and later received his undergraduate degree at LaSalle College. He helped support himself through college by playing the drums in the rock group: Fire & Ice. He attended Law School as an evening student at Widener University School of Law while working during the day at the City Solicitor’s Office in Philadelphia. After receiving his Law degree, he was hired by well-known Philadelphia attorney, Tom Rutter who had a state wide litigation practice. Andy was with the Rutter firm for fifteen years during which time he obtained extensive experience representing accident victims and trying cases throughout Pennsylvania in the State and Federal Courts. Over the years, Andy has focused his attention on representing victims of personal injury , medical mistakes, and wrongful death.
