In my legal practice, I primarily focus on transactional business matters that are essential for the successful establishment and day-to-day operations of a business. While my initial intention was to cater mainly to small, closely held businesses, I have also served as a general counsel for a large, multi-national retail organization, as well as provided counsel for several mid-size companies.. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine, where I graduated magna cum laude. My passion for continuous learning and drive to achieve led me to pursue law school. In 2018, I received my Juris Doctor from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where I was a recipient of an academic merit scholarship and earned five CALI awards (highest grade in class) in the areas of Negotiations, Legal and Equitable Remedies, Practice Foundation Transactions, Commercial Leasing, and Estate Planning.. I am admitted to practice law in the State of California and to the United States District Court, Central District of California. I am also a member of the Orange County Bar Association; the OCBA Young Lawyers Division; OCBA Solo Practitioner Division and Orange County Women Lawyer Association.

In 2009, R. Allen Baylis represented a client charged with running a red light in Santa Ana based on evidence obtained through the use of a red light camera system.
