I am a "strategic interpretive replicator."  Basically, I see or experience success in one context and I do my best to replicate it in another. The law presents a fascinating opportunity to apply that ability by taking a mixture of facts, personalities, case law, statutes, experience, and extracting the useful parts of each to apply to my next case.I enjoy helping people who have been fired or discriminated against for the wrong reasons - especially when it's companies or individuals who should know better. As a former small business owner, I also enjoys helping small and mid-size businesses avoid employment-related disputes by either taking steps NOW to prevent that risk or defending a lawsuit when it happens.  I absolutely love being part of the appellate process to either defend a great result or change a bad one.I am married with two daughters (8 & 5).
