Matt graduated magna cum laude from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law (2012). While attending Boyd, Matt was a member of the Society of Advocates moot court team. In his second year of law school, Matt began his employment at Claggett & Sykes Law Firm as a law clerk. After passing the bar exam, Matt was hired by Claggett & Sykes Law Firm as an associate attorney. Matt is now a partner at Claggett & Sykes Law Firm and oversees the firm's legal writing and research department.

I was born and raised in Las Vegas, so my roots here run deep. I spent my younger years traveling across Nevada hunting and fishing which gave me a greater connection to the land that makes up this beautiful a young age, I knew I wanted to serve my country and I joined the the Air Force shortly after taking the BAR exam in California. It wasn’t long before I was prosecuting my first case as a JAG lawyer. But the real test came for me when I was deployed to Iraq with Task Force 134 supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. After four years active duty in the Air Force, I came home and started representing individuals in a number of different cases.

I am pationate about truly helping people. The legal system in the U.S. is great, but as with legal system, it is not perfect. Sometimes there is no recourse in the courts of law. After high school, Brian obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History from Georgetown University. While at Georgetown, Brian played varsity football for 4 years and served as team captain in 2001. Upon graduation, Brian worked as a paralegal for 3 years at Dewey Ballantine, LLP, a corporate law firm in Washington D.C. before enrolling in law school at California Western School of Law in 2005. While in law school, Brian served on the Moot Court Honors Board and published articles for the law school newspaper. Brian also received an Academic Achievement Award in Trial Advocacy.. In 2008, Brian obtained his juris doctorate from California Western School of Law and moved to Las Vegas to clerk for a construction defect law firm in Las Vegas. After passing the Nevada Bar Exam in 2009, Brian began his legal career at Lee Hernandez Brooks Garafalo & Blake. In 2010, Brian joined Marquis Aurbach Coffing where he specialized in business litigation and successfully represented individual and corporate clients in various civil disputes. Alison is a native Las Vegan who has spent most of her career fighting for the rights of injured people.. Immediately after law school, Alison worked for one of Nevada's largest insurance defense firms.  With that experience, she was able learn how insurance companies work and the tactics that are often employed to increase insurance company profits and decrease the recovery of injured people.  Alison knew that she needed to protect the rights of injured people and help them receive the compensation they deserve.. Alison's career is dedicated to helping protect the rights of victims.  She also volunteers her time to give a voice to children in foster care by volunteering with CASA (Court Appointed Special Adocates) of Las Vegas..
