Bruce Cyra is a Personal Injury Attorney and handles cases in Washington State. While practicing in many areas, since 2013 Mr. Cyra has been concentrated in personal injury cases. Prior areas of practice include construction defect prosecution and defense, homeowner association guidance, and wills and probate.. His background includes earning a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communications from Western Washington University, and a successful "first" career in video production and television news photography. This career took Mr. Cyra to California, Alaska, Washington and included national and overseas assignments.. Allan Bakalian’s practice focuses on environmental matters, real estate and land use, regulatory compliance, hazardous waste clean up, natural resource protection and environmental litigation.  He has practiced environmental law for over twenty years in the public and private sectors.  Allan was an Assistant Regional Counsel for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Seattle, Senior Corporate Counsel for Univar USA, a multi-national corporation, and has been advising and representing clients in private practice since 2001.  He has counseled and successfully represented individuals and businesses in numerous environmental, land use, enforcement, permitting and real estate matters and disputes, administrative appeals and litigation.  Allan is licensed to practice in Washington and Oregon, and represents clients in both states..
