I am a non-traditional attorney and mediator. I have worked inside the types of entities I support best: arts, nonprofit, educational, governmental and entrepreneurial organizations.My practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, contract formation and negotiation, employment law and appeals. I represent visual artists, filmmakers, musicians, social impact businesses and entrepreneurs. I approach conflict negotiation with the needs of the client and context in mind, while maintaining an overall view of the situation. I served as a Director and President of Apogaea, Inc., a local 501(c)(3) arts organization associated with Burning Man. I was a founding member of The Phoenix Asylum, a Boulder arts collective. I currently serve as Burning Man’s Boulder Regional Contact and as a Board Member of the Boulder Fringe Festival.
