I have been a contracts and civil trial attorney for more than sixteen years, successfully handling an innumerable amount of cases over the course of that time. These cases have included a diversity of matters of varying complexity. I also am a published author with works that have been sold, presented and/or cited throughout the United States and Europe. Among these works are the following: Phishing v. Fishing, Security Magazine; Computing and Investigations for Everyone; Looking Back: The Russian Revolution Through the Eyes of a Jewish Child; The Right to Privacy vs. Homeland Security (presented at Sunderland University in England); A New Look at Nagasaki, 1945; et al.. Earlier in my career, I spent time teaching prospective college entrants various aptitudes in preparation for a variety of undergraduate and graduate standardized tests. Additionally, as my mother was an EMT who regularly worked side by side with firefighters and police, I grew up having a special relationship with them, and therefore, as an adult, dedicated my time to raising money for the families of fallen police officers and fire fighters. I also raised money for veterans of our armed forces, something which my grandfather was a proud member of.

I am passionate about fighting for justice. I believe in providing the best representation for my clients by being prepared for court, negotiations, and trial.
