Mr. Watson decided to open his own practice.. Joshua L. Smith has recently joined the Watson Law Office, LLC.  Mr. Smith received his law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 2007.  While at Texas Tech Mr. Smith focused on water law and natural resources as well as civil litigation.. He returned to Las Cruces and began as an associate with the law firm of Hubert & Hernandez, P.A. practicing primarily water law, administrative law, real estate and domestic relations.. Mr. Smith then moved to the law firm of Miller Stratvert P.A. in its Las Cruces office where he continued to practice water law along with medical malpractice defense, civil rights, employment law, commercial litigation and insurance defense..
