Renee R. Reuther is a founding partner of Rice Reuther Sullivan & Carroll, LLP. Ms. Reuther represents real estate borrowers, lenders, landlords, tenants, and developers in a broad range of real property transactions. Ms. Reuther’s practice is concentrated in the areas of acquisition and disposition of real property; commercial, residential and mixed-use planned developments; commercial finance including loan workouts, restructurings, foreclosure and other enforcement actions; opinion letter practice; and a broad range of complex real estate matters. Ms. Reuther was previously a partner in the real estate department of Jones Vargas (formerly Jones, Jones, Close & Brown). Ms. Reuther is a 1990 graduate, cum laude, of Gonzaga University School of Law and a 1987 graduate, cum laude, from Gonzaga University. She is admitted to the Nevada bar and serves on the Real Estate Section Subcommittee on Common Interest Communities of the State Bar of Nevada. Ms. Reuther is also a member of the Community Association Institute and has served on its Legislative Action Committee. Ms. Reuther currently serves on the Board of Regents for Gonzaga University, and formerly served on the Board of Advisors for Gonzaga University School of Law. Mr. Richardson is one of a few attorneys in Las Vegas with extensive litigation experience and expertise in probate, trust and guardianship matters, and in particular, elder competency and undue influence situations, financial exploitation of the elderly, disinheritance, transfers of titles, validity of wills, and prosecuting or defending claims of breach of duties by executors, guardians or trustees. He has represented numerous automobile and recreational vehicle dealerships in administrative matters, franchise disputes and lemon law claims.. Mr. Richardson began his legal career as a police legal advisor and assistant city attorney in Overland Park, Kansas, and later moved to Las Vegas where he served as chief of the fraud division for the Clark County District Attorneys Office. Mr. Richardson has served as lecturer for the National Business Institute and the Las Vegas Metro Police Department’s Police Academy.
