Tom’s practice focuses on trust and estate litigation, probate, guardianships and civil litigation. In his spare time, Tom enjoys working on political campaigns, camping in Southern Utah and spending time with his family.

My litigation practice focuses on wide range of commerical matters with particular emphasis on cases involving contract disputes as well as workplace law.  I also handle matters involving trade secrets and restrictive covenants such as non-compete agreements.  I represent clients before state and federal courts as well as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and other government agencies.. I graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in political science and received my juris doctorate from Florida State University graduating cum laude.  I am licensed to practice law in Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming.

Personal:  I enjoy time in the outdoors with my family and have spent many years coaching youth sports including basketball, soccer and baseball.  I also enjoy participating in triathlons, road bike racing, golf and trail running.
