I was raised outside of Lebanon on a working tobacco and cattle farm.  I was educated in the Wilson County School System, and graduated from Lebanon High School in 1996.  I graduated cum laude from Cumberland University in 2000 with a BA in Criminal Justice and Public Administration, and a minor in Psychology.  I graduated from Nashville School of Law in 2005..
