Rick Reier joined the Knudsen Law Firm in 1975. He is a member and past president of the Nebraska Association of Bank Attorneys, and focuses his practice in banking, corporate,commercial and real estate law.. Rick, a native of Sargent, Nebraska, completed both his undergraduate education and law school at the University of Nebraska. He received his undergraduate degree in 1971 and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Master’s degree in Business Administration in 1973, and his J.D. degree with distinction in 1975. He served as Editor-in-Chief of the Nebraska Law Review.. His civic activities include service as a director and past president of Pinewood Bowl, Inc.. Rick and his wife Ann have two grown children.

Kelsey is a Nebraska native, born and raised in Blair.  She attended Creighton University, majoring in Theater with a minor in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice Policy.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2011.  Kelsey attended the University Of Nebraska College Of Law where she completed the Litigation Skills Program of Concentrated Study, was elected by the faculty to the Order of the Barristers, and earned her law degree in 2014.. Kelsey became certified as a Mediator by the Office of Dispute Resolution for the State of Nebraska and the University OfNebraska College Of Law during her law school studies.  She also participated on the school’s Trial Team, Arbitration Team, Mediation Team, and International Mediation Team.  Kelsey was awarded the Outstanding Advocate Award and won the intra-school competition for the International Mediation competition.  Kelsey worked as a law clerk for two different small firms and participated in the Civil Clinic and Criminal Clinic at the law school. Through these experiences Kelsey gained an understanding of administrative law, family law, personal injury, and estate planning.. Kelsey is a Guinness World Record Holder for the fastest time (17.92 seconds) to border a Lego  base plate.  Kelsey’s other special talents include singing, swing dancing, and theater. Kelsey is licensed to practice law in Nebraska at both the state and federal level.

Jeanelle Lust is the managing partner at the Knudsen Law Firm where she has practiced since 1994. Jeanelle is a multi-faceted trial lawyer who focuses on commercial litigation. She has represented clients in such varied lawsuits as RICO claims, professional malpractice (claims involving doctors, lawyers, and accountants), automobile accidents, and bankruptcy. Jeanelle also handles all aspects of Nursing Home litigation including licensure matters.Jeanelle is a native of Madison, South Dakota. She graduated cum laude from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD in 1991. She attended Creighton University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude in 1994. Jeanelle finished number one in her graduating class, receiving the Faculty of Law Highest Triennial Average Award for having the highest grade point average after each year in law school, and was Assistant Editor of the Creighton Law Review. Jeanelle is presently a member of the Publications Committee of the Nebraska Bar Association that publishes and edits the Nebraska Lawyer Magazine. She is a member of the bar in South Dakota, Nebraska and Colorado.Jeanelle is a charter Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America and is participating in Inns of Court as a Master of the Bar. She is a frequent Continuing Legal Education Speaker (CLE) for the National Business Institute (NBI). Jeanelle is also actively involved in her community as former President of the Board of Directors for the Lincoln Children's Zoo and current president on the Board of Directors of the Capital Humane Society. She was also appointed by the Lancaster County Board to serve on the Indigent Defense Council. She and her husband John have two children, Joe and Jack. Jeanelle's recent victories include the affirmance of a 3.5 million dollar judgment by the Nebraska Court of Appeals and a 5.7 million dollar Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) verdict.

Chuck Wilbrand joined the Knudsen Law Firm in 2012. He is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and Iowa.. Chuck is originally from Alliance, Nebraska and moved to Lincoln before his senior year of High School. Chuck attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and received a Bachelor’s of Journalism in Broadcasting in December 2008. During his undergrad years, Chuck provided play-by-play for high school football games around the Lincoln area.. In 2009, Chuck enrolled at the University of Nebraska College of Law. After his first year of law school, he studied abroad at Cambridge University in England for the summer. While in law school, Chuck was the president of the Nebraska Entertainment   and Sports Law Association and was a member of the Nebraska Moot Court Board. He received his Juris Doctorate with distinction in December 2011.. In his free time Chuck likes to travel, attend sporting events and read.
