Mark was also a visiting professor at the Eberhardt School of Business at the University of the Pacific Stockton campus for 8 years where he taught business communications, business law, and international law. He currently travels annually to East Africa to teach at a small college in Tanzania.. Mark is admitted to practice in all California Courts, the United States District Court (Eastern, Central, and Northern Districts), as well as the United States Court of Appeals (Ninth Circuit).
