Mark Herber was born and raised in Oklahoma. In May 1997 Mark graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with honors, earning a B.A. in Criminal Justice. In 1997 Mark was selected by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education to participate in the Oklahoma Scholar-Leadership Enrichment Program. In August 1997 Mark began attending law school at the University of Oklahoma. From August 1997 until his graduation in May 2000, the University of Oklahoma College of Law provided Mark with a diverse and enriching education in the law. Emily graduated from CU Law in 2015 and specialized in Criminal Defense. While at CU LAW she was a memeber of the Spanish Speaking Law Student Group and the Co-President of the Transfer Student Group. She earned a Certificate in Health Law as well.. For almost three years she was a Deputy Public Defender in Mesa County (Grand Junction) where she handeled all types of Criminal and Juvenille cases and trails from trespass to homicide.. She later worked at Colorado Legal Services in Grand Junciton for another 2 years before moving back to the Front Range. While at CLS, she specialized in cases involving Domestic Violence, but also worked on record sealing, wills and estates and eviction law..
