Mark Brumbaugh has practiced in Southwest Washington for over 25 years, primarily in the area of personal injury law. After eight years as an insurance defense attorney, he now limits his personal injury practice to representing individauls injured in automobile accidents and from negligent medical treatment. Josh was raised in the Pacific Northwest, growing up in the greater Seattle-Tacoma area, before graduation from Decatur High School in Federal Way Washington.  He attended both Gonzaga University and Central Washington University for undergraduate studies and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 2002.  From 2002-2005 he found his way back to Gonzaga University to obtain his Law Degree and graduated with honors before moving to Longview Washington to begin his legal career.. In Longview Josh got his start with the County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office before moving to Walstead Mertsching in 2006. While an associate there he handled general civil cases and unlawful detainer actions.  After a short period of time he decided that he wanted more experience in the courtroom and to hone his jury trial skills so he moved on to the County Office of Public Defense. As a public defender Josh handled all manner of criminal cases in every court in Cowlitz County, representing indigent defendants charged with everything from DUI to serious felony matters.  His dogged determination and willingness to try cases resulted in numerous acquittals on serious cases including high level domestic violence assault charges, kidnapping charges, and rape charges, saving clients decades in prison for crimes they didn’t commit.. In addition Josh makes Longview his home. He lives here with his wife of ten years and his three children.  He attends church here as a member of Calvary Community Church and previously served on their trustee board and as a volunteer in their youth ministries programs.

Jeff is passionate about providing peace of mind for his clients through comprehensive estate planning and administration, as well as mediation. Jeff believes that these tools can enhance personal security, family ties, and make communities healthy. In addition to his significant estate planning practice, Jeff provides assistance to clients via mediation, collaborative divorce, and regularly taking cases through the probate court process. Jamie is a recent graduate of Willamette University College of Law, Class of 2010, and a recent new admitee to the Washington State Bar.. Jamie’s law focus is with family law cases and is currently working with Tom O’Neill to learn the inner workings of disability law including Social Security benefits.. Jamie is currently the Secretary for the Cowlitz County Legal Aid Board of Directors and volunteers her time each month at the legal aid advice clinics held through Legal Aid. Jamie also takes the time to continue her pro bono work through direct representations of those clients in need.. In Jamie’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her family including her young toddler who keeps her on her toes. She also likes to play golf, go on bike rides, and go whitewater rafting.. I care about my clients and work hard to get them the best possible results.  Before relocating back to my home town of Longview, I worked for two large law firms on the east coast handling contract and litigation matters for high-profile clients.  Now I focus on handling disputes for members of our local community.  I also volunteer for Lower Columbia School Gardens and I do fundraising and legal work for a local hospice organization.  In my spare time, you can find me walking or jogging around Lake Sacajawea or hanging out with friends.
