John is admitted to practice in all state courts throughout Kentucky and Indiana as well as U.S. District Court, Western District of Kentucky. I have been representing people in bankruptcy for almost 25 years.  As a previous staff attorney for the bankruptcy court in Western  District of Kentucky, I began my practice in the early nineties and now have five offices throughout Louisville, Frankfort and Southern Indiana.  I am one of only five consumer bankruptcy attorneys in Kentucky that have been certified by the American Board of Certification.. Caroline Clay was born and raised in Somerset, Kentucky. She is a 2012 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Secondary English Education and is a 2016 graduate of the University of Brandeis School of Law. While in law school, Caroline served as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Law and Education. Caroline is licensed to practice in Kentucky and Indiana. Outside the office, Caroline enjoys boating on Lake Cumberland, cheering on the University of Kentucky Wildcats, and spending time with her family and friends.
