My unique background and training have provided me with invaluable insight and an uncommon ability to resolve serious legal problems for all of my clients. Since I have been both a police officer and prosecutor, I have courtroom credibility and trial experience that few can match. Having served on both sides of the courtroom and as a witness as a police officer, the only seat I have left to fill is that of Judge.. I appear regularly in the United States federal courts in southwest Virginia and had a case granted certiorari by the United States Supreme Court.
