Attorney Roderick S. Oreste is the principal attorney of Oreste Law.   He received his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.. Before founding his law firm, Rod spent over 12 years working for New England’s beloved baseball team, the Boston Red Sox.   During his tenure there, he held several management positions in the Public Affairs department and acted as the Red Sox alumni liaison.  He dealt with all issues concerning former Red Sox players and coaches and facilitated their appearances at corporate and charitable events.  In 2007 Rod co-authored the book, Red Sox Legends, which includes a collection of Red Sox photographs assembled by the Boston Public Library accompanied by short stories and player interviews about Red Sox history.   Rod attended Suffolk University Law School while also working full-time for the Red Sox.. Rod has served on the Board of Directors for the Mansfield Housing Corporation, a non-profit housing corporation tasked with investigating and implementing alternatives for affordable housing in the Town of Mansfield.  He has volunteered for Metro West Legal Services which provides legal services for poor, elderly, disabled and disenfranchised people.  Rod is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce.. Attorney Keady was raised in Massachusetts and received his bachelor’s degree from Virginia Wesleyan University in Norfolk, Virginia. Attorney Keady went on to earn his law degree from New England School of Law. While in college and law school, Attorney Keady worked in the construction industry and has a strong family affiliation with the Boston Labor Unions. Attorney Keady is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.

Attorney Gordon earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bridgewater State College. At Bridgewater, he was appointed Secretary of the Political Science National Honors Society and awarded the President’s Award for Academic Excellence as a Freshman and the Elizabeth Luster award for Excellence in Political Science. He spent a semester interning in the Massachusetts House of Representatives for the Office of the Republican Party Leader.. During Law School, Attorney Gordon interned with the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office and was awarded the Center for Forensic Economic Studies award for Excellence in Litigation.  Upon graduating law school, he was sworn in as Assistant District Attorney for the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office where he successfully prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases in all of the county’s five district courts and was appointed to the county’s Motor Vehicle Homicide Unit.. After serving as an associate with a criminal defense law firm, Attorney Gordon created The Law Offices of Nicolas A. Gordon, Esq.  Over the years, he has successfully represented clients accused of myriad charges in many of the Commonwealth’s District and Superior Courts.  He has also represented clients in administrative law proceedings appearing before the United States Department of Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals.
