The Law Offices of Robert E. O’Connor, P.C., was established in 1996. Attorney O’Connor grew up in Delaware County having graduated from the last class of Nether Providence High School in 1983. Following graduation, he received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Millersville University in 1988. In 1996, Attorney O’Connor graduated from Widener University with both his Masters Degree in Business Administration and his Juris Doctor Degree. Also, in 1996, he passed and became licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Attorney O’Connor is married with three children. He resides in Wallingford, Pennsylvania, where he grew up. He has had the privilege of serving as a township commissioner in his community, having been initially elected in 1997 and sworn into office in 1998. Since then, he has been re-elected in 2001, 2005, 2009, 2013 2017 and 2021. When not working as an attorney or a township commissioner, he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as coaching and playing ice hockey. He is also a member of St. John Chrysostom Parish in Wallingford.

I have been a practicing attorney since 1977 and have concentrated my practice in the area of Family Law since 1980, which was the year that Pennsylvania enacted the No Fault Divorce Code. I also was a part-time juducial law clerk from 1977 until 1992, working primarily in the Delaware County Family Court for Judge Howard Reed.. I handle all types of family matters and represent both plaintiff's and defendants, and have had case involving parties from all over the country and world.. I have flexable hours and work with my clients regarding payment arrangements.. My office will shortly begin accepting credit card payments.

Craig Huffman joined Eckell Sparks in 2001 and specializes in family law and Orphans’ Court litigation. Craig has lectured and presented extensively on a wide variety of family law topics, including child custody, child support, equitable distribution/divorce and protection from abuse matters. He is a past Chairperson of the Delaware County Bar Association Family Law Section and continues as Chair of the custody subcommittee. Craig has also served as Chairperson of the Delaware County Bar Association Orphans’ Court Rules Committee.. Craig has been the recipient of numerous awards, most notably the Nicholas D. Vadino, Jr. Memorial Award for significant contributions by a young lawyer to the organized Bar and the Pennsylvania Bar Association Pro Bono Service Award. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Delaware County Bar Association and previously served as an officer in the Guy G. DeFuria American Inn of Court.
