I established my own law practice, Bingham Law. in 2003. Prior to that, I practiced law with a private law firm, with the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office and with the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission.. I am licensed to practice law in all courts in Arizona including Municipal (City), Justice, Superior, Arizona Federal District Court and the Federal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. I also represent clients in securities arbitration claims, before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and clients who are being investigated and prosecuted by the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission.. I earned my law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and prior to that earned my undergraduate degree in General Business with an emphasis in International Finance. I am a member of the Arizona State Bar and the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA).
