Mr. Robert S.Stephen is a 1993 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Suffolk Law School in Boston, Massachusetts where he graduated #1 in his class.. From 1993-1997, Mr. Stephen was a litigator with Bouchard & Mallory, P.A. in Manchester, handling hundreds of personal injury and insurance defense cases in the courts throughout New Hampshire. Prior to that in 1993, he was a federal law clerk to the Hon. Martin F. Loughlin, United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. I began law school motivated to help those who found themselves in difficult situations. BIOGRAPHY. David Haynes is an experienced general attorney, with over 30 years of private, military and commercial aviation experience. After graduating from Arizona State University, David was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the US Marine Corps.
