Ricardo Corona, founder of the firm, is a graduate of the University of Miami (J.D. cum laude), and has extensive business, real estate and over 15 years of commercial banking experience including eight years as a bank director. Corona is admitted to the Florida Bar and the Federal Bar of the United States District Court forthe Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. I provide competent legal representation and counsel to individuals in immigration related matters, including family based immigration petitions (including marriage cases); applications for permanent residence; victims of certain crimes (U-visa); victims of domestic violence (VAWA); applications for asylum; individuals seeking waivers (including provisional/unlawful presence waivers); naturalization and citizenship matters; renewal of permanent resident card; deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA); special immigrant juvenile status; removal of conditions (including under waiver category); fiance(e) visas; and residence through the Cuban adjustment act.  I also represent individuals/respondents in removal/deportation proceedings before the Immigration Court. My goal is to seek and prepare the best defense/relief possible from removal including, cancellation of removal for non permanent residents and permanent residents; renewed applications; waivers; voluntary departure; prosecutorial discretion/administrative closures; and other relief available. I also represent individuals with final orders of removal.

Besides the great pride I take in representing our clients,  I have been married for over 20 yrs., have two children, and take even greater pride in being involved in their daily activities.. I have coached my son in soccer, baseball and flag football for 8-9 yrs. I also lead a YMCA group that involves dads and their children in monthly  "adventure/events" and various camping events thought the school year. I've been involved in this organization my daughter for approximately yrs. and also happily serve on the Board.
