Mark has maintained a general transactional practice in Wisconsin since 1994.  The majority of his practice concentrates in the areas of estate planning, probate, and business law.  One of Mark's passions is working with clients to develop creative estate plans that address each client's unique planning goals.  He accompllishes this through the skillful use of wills, trusts, marital property agreements, contractual assets, buy-sell agreements, powers of attorney, foundations, and /or other entities.  Upon a client's passing, Mark continues working with that clent's estate, heirs, and trusts to ensure the client's plans and wishes are followed.  In the commercial world, Mark thrives in assisting business clients in a broad variety of matters including business organization, mergers and acquisitions, owner disputes,financing, taxation, collection, employment matters, contract and contractual disputes, real estate transactions, and business succession panning.

Jennifer has been practicing law since 2010 and focuses her practice on financial matters, including all types of bankruptcy, debtor/creditor rights, asset protection, and workouts.  Jennifer has represented individuals and businesses in state and federal courts in bankruptcy reorganization cases, challenges to bankruptcy discharge, fraudulent transfer issues, adversary proceedings, and valuation of asset disputes.. Jennifer also represents clients in various areas of financial matters in the consumer and commercial context, such as settlements, asset protection strategies, collections, foreclosures, mortgage modifications, student loans, credit problems, and consumer matters.. Prior to joining Fuhrman & Dodge, S.C., Jennifer worked as an attorney for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
