Jason R. Oldenburg is the founding member of the Injury and Disability Law Office of Wisconsin.  He graduated summa cum laude from Winona State University in 2001 and earned his law degree from Marquette University in 2004, graduating cum laude. Mr. Oldenburg practices in the areas of worker's compensation, personal injury and social security disability. He maintains a statewide practice and exclusively represents injured individuals. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Association for Justice and Wisconsin Association of Worker's Compensation Attorneys (past president).  He is admitted to practice before the State of Wisconsin and the United States District Court for the Eastern District. He has been named as a Super Lawyer in the area of worker's compensation from 2013 to present.  Prior to that he was named as a Rising Star from 2008 to 2012 in the areas of personal injury and worker's compensation.  In 2014, he was also named as being in the Top 50 of attorneys in the State of Wisconsin according to Super Lawyers.  He was selected for “Leading Lawyers” in the areas of Workers Compensation and Personal Injury  from 2012 to present.  He is a frequent lecturer to labor unions throughout the State of Wisconsin on the topic of Worker's Compensation and Social Security Disability.  He has presented at continuing legal education seminars in the areas of personal injury, worker's compensation, professional ethics and Medicare set-asides.

I've practiced worker's compensation law for my entire career-over three decades.  I teach the worker's compensation course at Marquette Law School.

Charlie is a lifelong Wisconsin resident.  Proudly representing the injured workers of the state.. He is an avid sports fan, especially the Badgers (as an alum), Packers, Brewers, and Bucks.  He enjoys running, traveling, and especially spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Attorney Sam Liverseed has a passion for representing injured workers, spending his young career practicing Wisconsin workers’ compensation law.  He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and his law degree from Marquette University Law School (earning the Wisconsin Association of Workers’ Compensation Attorneys’ award for his performance).  Sam is a member of the following professional organizations: the Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG), the Wisconsin Association of Workers’ Compensation Attorneys (WAWCA), the Wisconsin Association of Justice, and the American Association for Justice.  As a lifelong Wisconsin resident, he is an avid Packer, Bucks, Brewers, and Badgers fan.
