I returned to Nevada after graduating law school, where I lived and worked in Las Vegas for almost 7 years before relocating to Carson Valley in 2002.. I've since operated a general practice with emphasis in criminal defense and civil litigation, including plaintiff’s personal injury and family law. Practice also includes estate and probate law and both transactional business law as well as corporate litigation.. I've served as both conflict counsel for the Ninth Judicial District Court for indigent criminal defendants, as well as primary appointed counsel for juveniles.
