I was born in Pittsburgh, PA and raised in Steubenville, Ohio by my mother, Luann, and father, Larry. In 2007, I graduated from St. John Central high school in Bellaire, Ohio and in 2012 I earned a bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University. Before attending law school, I worked on the judicial campaign of a former litigation partner in one of Cleveland’s largest and most respected firms.. In 2014 I began my legal education at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Throughout law school I worked for a well-established personal injury and worker’s compensation firm and I conducted legal research for Cleveland-Marshall’s Environmental Law professor. My research focused on shale development and Ohio’s rapidly developing oil and gas jurisprudence, particularly Ohio’s statutory mandatory pooling/unitization schemes and the conflict between Ohio’s oil and gas statute and its constitutional home rule provision. I graduated from Cleveland-Marshall, was admitted to the Ohio state bar, and founded Boothe Law LLC in 2016.
