She also worked for the Wounded Warrior Project in Jacksonville, Florida, researching the impact of the law in assisting wounded veterans, as well as organizing contracts for WWP’s soldier rides and other travel events.. In November, 2017, Deborah moved to Arapahoe, NC, after marrying Blake Harrell, a Pamlico County native.. Deborah’s heart has always been in public service.
