Steve Mangan has been practicing law for nearly 40 years. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Economics and his Law degree, he began his law career working with his father, the late Atty. Born in Middletown, Connecticut, John received his B.S. with honors from Quinnipiac University. He earned his law degree from Southern New England School of Law where he served as the Legal Research and Writing Tutor and Mentor. He also was inducted into the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity by the Honorable Francis J. Larkin. He is admitted to practice before all Connecticut Courts as well as the United States District Court of Connecticut. Prior to joining Silver and Silver, LLP, John was an associate at Carella Law Offices, LLC in Middletown, Connecticut.

Attorney Heather L. Perbeck is a life-long resident of Connecticut. She was admitted to the Connecticut State Bar in 2014. In 2004, Attorney Perbeck met her mentor, attorney and former probate judge, Walter A. Clebowicz, who inspired her to pursue a career in the legal field.
