He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Second and District of Columbia Circuits and the District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mr. Sturm graduated Yeshiva University cum laude (Major: economics) in 1973 and received his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra Law School in 1976. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a trial attorney for the National Labor Relations Board from 1976-1980.
