My experience encompasses real estate law, both transactional and litigation, creditor's rights, landlord/tenant law, and probate litigation. I listen to my clients to provide them with a solution that makes sense to them, in the most cost-efficient manner possible. I am a life-long Kentucky resident, graduating cum laude from Centre College of Kentucky and magna cum laude from Chase College of Law. Prior to working in private practice, I completed a legal externship with Federal District Judge William Bertelsman and worked as a law clerk/staff attorney for Clermont County Common Pleas Judge Robert Ringland.

I use Rotary International's "4 Way Test" as a benchmark for action: Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build good will and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?. I believe that leadership is key in any endeavor. I am an active speaker in Leadership Institutes and Rotary International events across the Southeast United States. I helped develop and edit leadership course materials used worldwide by The Rotary Leadership Institute.. "World Peace" is not the answer to a beauty pageant question. It is a goal that serious and dedicated people are working toward every day. But, it is composed of individuals making intentional and compassionate decisions each day in their own communities. I do this as a lawyer and as a civic volunteer.
