As a young attorney, I primarily served as defense counsel to large insurance company’s insureds,handling primarily auto accidents and premises liability matters.  At thattime, my work also brought me to the municipal level, as I representedAbercrombie & Fitch privately prosecuting shoplifters in their Menlo ParkMall location.. I tried my firstjury trial before the anniversary of my first year in the practice..
